Shipping & Liability Waiver

Binding on every purchase and shipment

By completing a purchase on Stackwize, both Buyer and Seller agree to the following:

1. Required Protection

All shipments must include tracking and insurance equal to the full purchase price. The Seller is responsible for properly packaging the item according to Stackwize packaging standards and for purchasing the required tracking and insurance.

2. Platform Guarantee

Stackwize guarantees that the Buyer will be made whole in the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, provided the Seller followed Stackwize packaging requirements and purchased the required insurance and tracking.

3. Seller Responsibility

If the Seller fails to use the required packaging, tracking, or insurance, the Seller assumes full liability for any loss or damage. Stackwize may recover any amounts paid to the Buyer from the Seller.

4. Buyer Acknowledgement

• Base shipping (including required tracking and insurance) is covered by the Seller.
• The Buyer may optionally purchase upgraded packaging materials or faster shipping at their own expense.
• Once the item is properly shipped with tracking and insurance, risk of loss or damage in transit is covered under Stackwize’s buyer protection guarantee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stackwize’s total liability for any claim related to a lost or damaged shipment shall not exceed the purchase price of the item plus original shipping costs. Stackwize is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.

6. Acceptance

Completing a purchase or fulfilling an order on Stackwize constitutes acceptance of this Shipping & Liability Waiver.
